The luxurious villa, Kippari, offers high quality experiences in an amazing setting. Kippari is well equipped and suitable for both leisure and business.
Kippari was completed in March 2022. The villa has bedspace for a total of 14 people. The villa is located in an excellent location in the popular area of HimosYkkönen. From the villa, you will be able to enjoy a beautiful scenery which opens straight into the slopes and the golf course. The big 60m2 terrace is cozy for cooking or just spending time together and you will have the luxury of enjoying your own jacuzzi.
The villa has seven separate two person rooms, a kitchen, a living room, sauna, dressing room and two bathrooms.
There is a big couch, 65 inch television and a Bluetooth audio system in the living room. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped.
You can easily access the terrace from the kitchen. There is also a long table which is perfect even for a larger amount of people. You can also use a corner sofa and a grill during summertime.
The sauna consists of an atmospheric sauna, dressing room and a fridge for the drinks. There is also a separate bathroom which is accessible from the dressing room. The big jacuzzi is located on the terrace and is also accessible from the dressing room.
For a bigger party of people there are also two other villas located close by. Amiraali (16 people, 5 bedrooms, loft) and Paroni (14 people, 4 bedrooms). All villas are located within 100 meters of each other.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Next to the front door is a key box with a number code where you can find the key to the villa. The box code will be sent by text message before the rental starts (4:00 p.m.).
The person making the reservation must be 18 years of age or otherwise legally competent or another entity.
The villa has an electric car charging point.
No pets.
Cleaning and bed linen are not included in the price of the accommodation.
Mandatory cleaning fee of 196€ will be added.
