Amiraali is a luxorious villa in the area of HimosYkkönen and accomodates 16 persons. This villa was completed in May 2019 and it is located in the best area of Himos, really close to all the events and the West-slopes. The view from the big windows of the villa towards the slopes is absolutely amazing. The villa has a big terrace with a view towards the slopes and also a lower terrace with a jacuzzi.
The villa has bedspace for a total of 16 people, 5 separate bedrooms and a loft. The villa has been furnished with quality and style in mind. The entrance floor has a living room and a kitchen, two bedrooms and a toilet.
Downstairs has three bedrooms, toilet and a stylish sauna. There is also an access to the jacuzzi from downstairs.
The villa is equipped with an electric outdoor jacuzzi on the backyard. Jacuzzi can be rented for the whole stay with the price of 180 €.
Obligatory final cleaning 196 € and set of sheets ready made to bed and towel 20 € / person will be charged with reservation.
There is a box with a numeric code beside the front door, which contains the key to the villa. The code to the box will be sent via SMS before the agreed start of rental (16.00)
The villa has an electric car charging point
The person making the reservation must be 18 years of age or otherwise legally competent or another entity.
