Go Himos complies with the following conditions when booking accommodation and canceling services. These terms and conditions become binding on both parties once the customer has made the accommodation reservation.
Booking
The person making the reservation must be 18 years of age or otherwise legally competent or another entity.
Go Himos does not make preliminary reservations. The booking is immediately binding from the moment of booking, regardless of whether the booking was made by phone or in writing. Booking fee the first part, 50% of the price, must be carried out 7 days after the conclusion of the booking and the remainder 30 days before the start of the booking. The cottage is available on arrival day, starting at 16 and transfer the day of departure by 12 pm. The cottage must not accommodate more people than stated in the reservation. At weekends minimum booking period is 2 days, Friday-Sunday.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee is 150 €. Cancellation must be made in writing or by phone. Failure to pay the invoice is not sufficient to withdraw the booking. The deposit will be refunded except for a cancellation fee if the cancellation is made up to 30 days before the start of the booking. Cancellations done after 30 before the start of the booking, are non-refundable. In case of illness or accident, we recommend taking out insurance.
If booking is changed or rescheduled, it is considered a cancellation of the previous booking and creation of a new booking. In this case, the change of booking we charge a cancellation fee of 100 €.
The booking of the cottage can be canceled by the due date of an unpaid reservation. The cottage owner can cancel a paid reservation, in case of force majeure. Force majeure shall be deemed EG. the property is subject to unexpected damage. The cottage owner informs the customer of the cancellation as soon as possible and pay the price for the booking back.
If residents of the cottage keep unreasonable noise and do not remark guards notices to quiet down, the booking can be canceled immediately. In this case, the cottage residents will have to leave the cottage immediately and rental fee is non-refundable. Silence in the area is between 23:00 to 08:00.
Force Majeure
In case of a force majeure, the cottage owner is not obliged to compensate for breakages or sudden changes in the villa.
The cottage owner also has the right to cancel the booking if a force majeure happens. This applies if the customer has not complied with the reservation conditions.
Key, cleaning and linen
Paroni and Amiraali have a box with a numeric code which contains the key to the villa. The code to the box will be sent via SMS on the first day of rental.
The customer will be provided with 2 keys. During the time of rental the customer is responsible for the keys.
If the key is lost, the customer will be charged the cost of changing the lock. Door opening fee is 50 € on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm, at other times 80 €
The cottage booking contains the mandatory final cleaning fee of 180 € in Paroni and 196 € in Amiraali and Kippari. In spite of this, everything inside the cottage should be in ”normal living conditions”, meaning – all furniture and other equipment should be in place and intact, thrashes and empty bottles should be taken into the garbage and possible snuses and cigarette stubs removed from the yard.
If at the end of the booking the cottage is not in the condition described above, the extra grooming will be charged on hours worked by 78.00 € / hour.
Bed linen (20 € / set) will be charged in booking of the reservation. The set includes a towel. Bed linen must be ordered in the same quantity as the residents will occupy.
Compensation for damage
The customer is responsible for the accommodation and its contents during the stay. Customer is obliged to inform about any damage done to the cottage and to its contents, and is responsible to pay for the damage.
The customer is also liable if the cottage is left in an untidy condition and normal cleaning time is not sufficient to clean it. Damage must be reported immediately to the owner.
Number of people
Cottage may not be used by more people than the booking reservation states. Tent or caravan/mobile home camping is NOT allowed in the grounds of the resort. Guard service will monitor the cottages and the properties, and if rules are not respected the they will intervene.
Hot tub
If the hot tub is used, following the instructions is mandatory. In case the water gets dirty or splashed away, contact the cabin owner. More water can be added only by the janitor and it will cost 150€. If the residents attempt to add more water by themselves, there will be an additional 150 € fee.
Smoking, snuff and pets
Pets are not allowed in Go Himos!
There is an additional charge of 200 € per pet per day for pets brought in without permission. Smoking is not allowed indoors. If the ban is violated, a ventilation fee of 200 € will be charged. If the smell does not leave with ventilation, extra measures taken will be charged to make the cottage odorless from 100 € per hour + the necessary materials and other accessories. If snuff bags are thrown in the yard or elsewhere than in the trash, an extra 200 € will be charged.
Electric car charging
There is an electric car charging point in the cabin. Electric cars can only be charged at a designated charging point.
Charging from other plugs can cause a fire safety risk.
The renter is obliged to compensate for any damages caused by charging.
Settlement of Disputes
If the disputes between this lease agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the disputes will be resolved in the District Court.
Observations
All comments related to the booking or the condition of the cottage should be addressed directly to the owner of the cottage.
